Very Unproductive

What gives?

Very unproductive personality.
I like meetings now.
I try my best.
documents? double checked, triple checked!
got into an argument with bf about the things that I do are for show...
things are getting a bit better now in the office.. more work to do
but still quite unfair with my other officemate... very subjective opinions.
I'm getting the same thing too.
how to handle? what's the use of comforting someone honestly without sounding fake?
what a mess.
