Tech Day: Oracle V$FILESTAT continued

Oh great. Im getting two contradicting statements from official oracle documentation/notes on the time unit for the readtime/writetime columns in the V$FILESTAT. One says the column in measured in "milliseconds" the other says column is measured in "hundredth of a second" or centisecond.

UGH.

So much for partial stats submission before. It might be possible im missing a decimal place..

What a day....
