Gym Progress 2

Finally got new shoes. Care of my friend which gave it to me as a gift. Had no chance to use it on Saturday, as I had to work the whole day from 5am, and 830am to 830 pm.... but it was well worth it, as I discovered when I used it on Sunday.

I managed to buy some kitchen mats to use for the step class for Bibi. I gave one pair to Heather. felt strangely weird... I can't memorize the steps for IHL. For second week in a row, I see japanese guy also attending the IHL class :P seems he's going off to Beijing this week for school class tour. cool.

Didnt attend Suzette's class today though... family ate at Korean Resto since it was my parent's first day back here in HK.

Not much of a gym progress huh!
